These buildings were the concept of the client, to produce a modular building, single storey, to accommodate B1 use from office to industrial. Five of these buildings have been constructed ranging in floor area from 35,000 to 55,000 sq ft. The building can be let as a whole or in bays down to 2000 sq ft per unit. The infrastructure for the services has been designed to allow this variation in unit size. The buildings can be naturally ventilated or have air-conditioning to suit the environment required by the client.
The design has been honed and modified to reduce build cost and provide lettable space at competitive rents. WC cores can be positioned at strategic points in the building thus giving maximum flexibility to the user.
