Two Headquarters buildings amounting to 25,000 sq ft of office space represent the first phase of Eclipse Business Park. The buildings occupy a prominent position off junction 7 of the M20 and are seen as the gateway to Maidstone. Due to the topography of the site both buildings have semi-basement car parking with three floors of open plan office above. The buildings have been designed using a 6m concrete frame primary grid with aluminium curtain wall cladding. The penthouse offices on each building look out onto a sedum roof. Both buildings were pre-let prior to completion.
