Planning and Listed Building Consent has been granted for the refurbishment and extensions to the grade II historic control tower at Kings Hill. This will form the focal point of the new central area. Construction drawings have commenced with the works planned to start in early 2012

The permission is for student halls of residence .

Planning Permissions historically had a shelf life of 5 years, now they are granted with only 3 years.
We have, on a number of occasions, had client’s coming to us saying they on have 2 months left on a consent and they must make a start on site.
This only constitutes a legal start if all the Conditions are complied with.
Don’t leave it to the last minute, check your permissions

Planning Permission has been obtained for the construction of a three bedroomed, contemporary dwelling in Shipbourne Road, Tonbridge. Extensive discussions took place with the Tonbridge& Malling Council with regard to the design as the site is located within the Conservation Area.
